Nina Dobrev Shares Shocking Before & After Photos From Traumatic Bike Crash

Nina Dobrev was recently involved in a painful bike crash that sent her to the hospital with what appeared to be a handful of injuries. The Vampire Diaries alum shared a before and after photo from the incident to Instagram on Monday (May 20) depicting a bike ride gone wrong.

In the photos, the actress is seen poised atop a motor bike with a half-smile on her face and the sun shining behind her. The bike is parked as Dobrev poses for a quick photo with no idea of the painful accident that awaits her. The second snap reveals the aftermath of the horrible crash as Dobrev lays in a hospital bed with an assortment of injuries. She is pictured with a brace around her next and left leg accompanied by a blood pressure cuff on her arm and multiple IVs.

Former cast mates, followers, and friends, including boyfriend Shaun White, were quick to comment in support of the Degrassi standout saying things like, "Noooo so sorry! Feel better," and "still managing to look gorge in a hospital bed." White teased his partner for being very on brand in wrecking the bike, and Fresh Vine Wine co-founder Julianne Hough wished her bestie well stating: "That’s my girl! 🫠 Obviously wouldn’t make jokes if you were not ok…"

Exact injuries, and what caused the incident, have yet to be mentioned as Dobrev takes necessary time to recover.
