Bailey Zimmerman aims to offer “a sense of peace” with his newly-released ballad from the soon-to-premiere Twisters movie.

Zimmerman’s “Hell or High Water” is the second track to release from Twisters: The Album. It arrived on Thursday (May 23). Zimmerman said as he shared a sneak peek on Instagram earlier this week: “Whatever is going on in yalls life, I just hope this song gives you a sense peace and gives you hope because it does get better!!! AND to those of yall that are on the greener side of the battle… i hope this song makes you realize it was only high water❤️”

“Hell or High Water” follows “Ain’t No Love In Oklahoma,” a single with an accompanying adrenaline-rushing music video by Luke Combs, which released last week. The Twisters album also includes songs by Miranda LambertLainey WilsonJelly RollMegan MoroneyKane BrownThomas RhettShania TwainTyler ChildersConner SmithFlatland CavalryTanner AdellAlexandra KayCharley Crockett and many others.

The Lee Isaac Chung-directed film will serve as “an update to the 1996 film 'Twister', which centered on a pair of storm chasers who risk their lives in an attempt to test an experimental weather alert system,” rads its description on IMDb. The movie stars Glen PowellKaty O’Brian and Daisy Edgar-Jones, among others. Twisters — both the movie and the album — will arrive on July 19.
