Beverly Hills, 90210 and Charmed star Shannen Doherty passed away on Saturday (July 13) at the age of 53 after a longtime battle with breast cancer. Publicist, Leslie Sloane first revealed news of the beloved actress's passing on Sunday (July 14) morning.

"It is with a heavy heart that I confirm the passing of actress Shannen Doherty. On Saturday, July 13, she lost her battle with cancer after many years of fighting the disease. The devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend was surrounded by her loved ones as well as her dog, Bowie. The family asks for their privacy at this time so they can grieve in peace."

Beyond her extensive list of iconic roles in TV and film, Doherty was also extremely proud of iHeartRadio podcast Let’s Be Clear with Shannen Doherty.

The podcast, airing weekly episodes since December 2023, detailed the standout's life story from "her career, to her relationships, to her brave battle with cancer," despite rumors and assumptions that have surface since her rise to fame in the 90s. In fact, her last Instagram post before her passing featured an episode from the podcast where Doherty discussed a beacon of positivity amid an ongoing struggle with chemo treatments.

Let’s Be Clear with Shannen Doherty featured interviews with former Beverly Hills, 90210 and Charmed co-stars, chats with doctors, and "recent struggles and past pains" as the actress sought hope and determination for a bright, healthy future.

In her last-ever podcast episode, Let's Break The Big News, the deceased actress announced the highly-anticipated addition of Charmed Rewatch Podcast House of Halliwell to the ever-evolving world of iHeartRadio podcasts featuring co-star Holly Marie Combs.

Friends, family, and former co-stars continue to mourn the loss of the beloved actress.
