Carly Pearce unveiled dozens of destinations on her headlining world tour on Monday morning (August 5).
The award-winning singer-songwriter is kicking off her âhummingbird world tourâ beginning in October 2024. Pearceâs tour dates span through spring of 2025. The tour includes stops throughout the U.S., Canada, and U.K./Europe with Karley Scott Collins, Matt Lang, Wade Bowen and Carter Faith on select dates. Pearce includes stops throughout the 2024/2025 tour in Cleveland, Ohio; Las Vegas, Nevada; Dallas, Texas; Colorado Springs, Colorado; and other destinations. The world tour wraps up on May 16 at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, per the list of dates Pearce announced on Monday.
Pearce, 34, also stated in her announcement that tickets to U.S. and Canada dates will be available this Friday (August 9) at 10 a.m. local time, apart from her show in Mashantucket, Connecticut, which will go on sal on Friday, August 16. The Kentucky-born artist, who shared earlier this year that she would alter performances because of a recently-diagnosed heart condition, said she âcanât wait to see y'all on this tour and celebrate all things hummingbird.â
Pearceâs long-awaited fourth studio album, hummingbird, arrived in June. The album marks the Grand Ole Opry memberâs first time in a producing role, alongside Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne. The record includes âcountry music made me do it,â âtruck on fire,â âwe donât fight anymoreâ featuring Chris Stapleton â which won the Collaborative Video of the Year award at the 2024 CMT Music Awards earlier this year â ârock paper scissors,â âmy place,â âfault line,â âtrust issuesâ and more.
Pearce said, in part, ahead of hummingbirdâs debut that she hopes âyou see that no matter where youâre at, youâre right on time Donât let anybody tell you that just because youâre not living the âAmerican dreamâ or âsocietyâs standardsâ that anythingâs wrong with you. Itâs OK to not have it all figured out. You can still be happy through that, and I feel like what I have learned more than anything is that God gave me a really big story. A story that, if Iâm honest, I donât know that I really wanted. But I have owned it in the last three years, and Iâm proud of it, and Iâm proud of how far Iâve come, and I just canât wait for you guys to hear hummingbird.â
The 14-track album follows Pearceâs 29: Written in Stone, a widely-embraced record that includes âWhat He Didnât Do,â âNext Girlâ and Grammy Award-winning duet âNever Wanted To Be That Girlâ with Ashley McBryde, among other highlights. Pearce said when she announced hummingbird earlier this year that her newest collection of music signals âa season of loss and growth, of healing and happiness, (and) incapsulate my confidence that there is light on the other side of darkness and my true love of country music. âŚWherever you are on your journey, I hope it shows you that pain can be a lesson that shows you just how strong you are and what you truly deserve. That we can all find the âhummingbirdâ in the midst of whatever weâre going through.â
