Several Flight Attendants Injured During Turbulence On Florida Flight

Four flight attendants were injured due to unexpected turbulence on an American Airlines flight from Tampa Bay, Florida, to Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred on Thursday (August 8) on Flight 2905. The flight landed safely at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, according to American Airlines officials.

The injured crew members were taken to a local hospital for evaluation. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed to the media. The flight had 154 passengers and six crew members on board. None of the passengers were reported to be injured.

In a statement, American Airlines thanked their crew members for their professionalism and their customers for their understanding. "American Airlines flight 2905 with service from Tampa (TPA) to Charlotte (CLT) landed safely at CLT after encountering unexpected turbulence," the airline confirmed to WBTV.
