Why Fans Think Taylor Swift Is Dropping 'Reputation (Taylor's Version)'

Swifties are absolutely convinced that Taylor Swift is dropping Reputation (Taylor's Version) on October 18th. And, honestly, what better time to drop this album than October â the vibes are just right.
Fans are speculating that Taylor's Version of Reputation is coming next week because two major artists have postponed the release of their new albums. Shawn Mendes recently announced that he was postponing the release of Shawn to November 15th because he needs "a little bit more time to bring some new inspiration and ideas to life."
Joe Jonas also reportedly moved his album release from October 18th as insinuated by a Reddit thread. Apparently, fans who had pre-ordered the album, Music for People Who Fall In Love, received an e-mail explaining that the record will not be released until next year in 2025.
Now, artists postpone their albums all the time for one reason or another, because they want them to be perfect. So, Shawn and Joe's album delays don't necessarily mean we're getting Reputation (Taylor's Version), but who knows, Taylor may just surprise us.
However, Swifties took to social media to speculate on what these album cancelations mean in terms of a Rep TV release.
