Metro Boomin has responded after he was hit with a lawsuit from a woman who claims she got pregnant after he allegedly raped her.

According to a report TMZ published on Tuesday evening, October 29, the superproducer is facing a lawsuit from a woman named Vanessa LeMaistre. In court documents, LaMaistre claimed Metro, born Leland Wayne, took advantage of her by sexually assaulting her in 2016.

“This is a pure shakedown," Wayne's lawyer Lawrence Hinkle II said. "These are false accusations. Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court. He will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.”

At the time, the alleged victim said she was suffering from depression following the death of her nine-month-old son and got close to the producer after they took a trip to Las Vegas together a few months before the alleged incident. In September 2016, LaMaistre said she went to visit Wayne at his studio in Los Angeles. She admitted that she took half a Xanax pill and chased it with a shot of alcohol as a coping mechanism for her depression.

After she passed out on a couch, LaMaistre said she perked up in a bed while Wayne was allegedly on top of her. He allegedly raped her and was in the middle of performing oral sex on her. She passed out again and regained consciousness after the producer woke her up. He told her they were in a hotel room in Beverly Hills and said they had to leave, but she had no recollection of how they got there.

LaMaistre claimed she discovered she was pregnant shortly after the alleged incident. She pointed the finger at Wayne because she didn't have sex with anyone else at the time. She decided to terminate the pregnancy nearly two months later. LaMaistre is suing for punitive damages and unspecified damages for the mental anguish she experienced.
