Cleveland City Councilman Accused Of Inappropriate Behavior

A Cleveland City Councilman is accused of making inappropriate remarks to a local artist.

Reports say the incident happened during a meeting last May during which Councilman Joe Jones allegedly commented about the artist's appearance made the woman feel uncomfortable before slipping her phone number.

City Council reportedly has hired a law firm to investigate the matter.
