Starbucks baristas are doodling on cups again as part of the new CEO’s “Back to Starbucks” strategy, but some people are finding it creepy.

Sisanie shared on-air the goal is to humanize the brand and shift focus from mobile orders back to an in-store coffee shop experience.

Baristas are instructed to write simple messages like "hey there!" and puns like “thanks a latte."
