31-year-old Myles Webb of Deltona, Florida found himself behind bars after he got thirsty for a little more than just booze. Apparently, he ordered a few bottles of alcohol from UberEats on Saturday and when his delivery driver arrived with his goods, she asked him to show her his I.D. That's just the company policy. Myles refused however, and the delivery driver told him that she would have to return the items to the store without verifying his age. That's when things took an ugly turn. Myles grabbed the woman by the arm and tried pulling her back onto his property. Lucky for the driver, she always drives with her boyfriend for safety and when he noticed the altercation from the car, he quickly called the police and then jumped out of the car to help her. A bottle fell from the bag and Myles grabbed it, raised it above his head in a threatening manner, then ordered them to leave his property. Cops showed up but Webb refused to open his door to speak with them. Law enforcement determined there was probable cause to charge Webb with two felony counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of simple battery.
