A Nigerian teen with autism has officially painted the world's largest art canvas.

According to PEOPLE, 15-year-old Kanyeyachukwu Tagbo-Okeke painted a canvas that measured up to over 132,00 square feet, breaking the Guinness World Record for the largest art canvas.

The painting, titled "Impossibility is a Myth," was unveiled on April 2, which marked World Autism Acceptance Day. At the center of the canvas lies a large turquoise and coral infinity symbol, a mark of awareness and acceptance. The canvas also features facial expressions of all different emotions.

"He doesn't talk, but he wants his art to tell his story on his behalf," Silva Tagbo-Okeke, Kanye's mom, said.

Kanye's parents said it's especially significant that he broke the world record this month, as April is recognized as Autism Awareness Month. According to Guinness World Record officials, Kanye's parents learned that he was autistic at a young age and sought to help him find a creative outlet to express himself. Kanye ultimately picked up painting, gravitating towards abstract designs.

"This opens a whole new world of possibilities for special needs children and their caregivers," Kanye's parents said. "In addition to autism awareness, inclusion, and neurodiversity, it also gives hope that there are infinite possibilities in every human irrespective of the diagnosis."

In a statement, Nigerian President Bola Tinubu said Kanye was "brave, audacious, and tenacious" for his art and activism.
