Kendrick Lamar shocked fans in Atlanta after he brought out Playboi Carti to perform together for the first time.

On Tuesday night, April 29, Kung Fu Kenny and SZA invaded the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in the ATL as part of their "Grand National Tour." Midway through the show, the Compton native invited Playboi Carti onstage to perform their collaboration "GOOD CREDIT" from Carti's hit album MUSIC. Kendrick Lamar and Playboi Carti dominated the stage with high-octane energy throughout the performance, while a mob of dancers raged in the background. Fans in the crowd matched their energy with roaring cheers during the live debut of their hit song.

Playboi Carti's unexpected performance was the first major surprise since the tour began earlier this month. It wasn't the only shocking moment of the night either. Kendrick also performed his hit song "N95" from his 2022 LP Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers for the first time during the tour. Meanwhile, SZA also delivered some rare tracks during her set like "Nobody Gets Me" from her SOS album and "What Do I Do" from LANA: SOS Deluxe.

Every seat in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium was filled while Kendrick and SZA performed. Celebrities like 2 Chainz and Summer Walker were in the building to enjoy the show. Tity Boi shared footage of his crew vibing out to Kendrick's performance of "B*tch Don't Kill My Vibe." The "Heart of a Woman" singer posted a clip of herself jamming to K.Dot and SZA's performance of "luther."
