Mammoth Unveils Headlining US Tour Dates: Are They Coming To Your City?

Wolfgang Van Halen recently changed his band's name from "Mammoth WVH" to "Mammoth" and on Thursday (May 1) the band dropped a new song called "The End." The new track is paired with a Robert Rodriguez-directed video featuring Danny Trejo, Slash, and more. The clip is inspired by the director's cult classic From Dusk Till Dawn, with a nod to Michael Jackson’s iconic “Thriller” video.
The song features a tapping guitar solo from Wolfgang that would make his late father Eddie Van Halen proud. “I’ve had the tapping idea on the intro for ‘The End’ since before Mammoth,” Wolfgang said via a press release. “I was able to fit it into this world. It’s still over-the-top and shreddy, but it’s also melodic and controlled. Overall, I was doing some different things on the record, and I knew this was going to be a big step. Once we finished ‘The End,’ it felt really special to me.”
In addition to the new song, Mammoth also unveiled a headlining fall US tour. The new dates come after the band hits the road as support for Seether and Creed this spring and summer. Watch "The End" video and see a full list of tour dates below.
