A Pennsylvania woman was arrested in Delaware County after a bizarre road rage incident where she allegedly defecated on another person's car. The incident occurred in Prospect Park after an argument between two drivers. Police say the suspect exited her vehicle, pulled down her pants, and defecated on the hood of the victim's car in broad daylight. She was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.
