Finesee2tymes is back behind bars after his recent arrest in Texas violated the terms of his supervised release, according to prosecutors.
The Memphis native's attorney Carl A. Moore told TMZ that his client turned himself in to police on Friday, May 2. Prosecutors allege the "Back End" rapper violated the conditions of his supervised release several times over the past three years. Legal documents state that Finesse, born Ricky Hampton, allegedly tested positive for marijuana in 2022 and 2024. His third strike happened earlier this year when he was arrested for making terroristic threats against the woman who served as a guardian for the child star he was mentoring.

Police responded to an incident in Humble, Texas involving 11-year-old rapper King, his guardian, and Finesse. According to court records, the woman and King arrived at a smoke shop to pick up her grandchild to babysit. Finesse had asked to talk to King inside the shop. After he spent a few minutes inside, King ran out hysterically and told the woman, "They trying to send me back to Memphis.” Finesse came out and approached her car even after she told him to stay away.
"YOU GONNA DIE ON CAMERA TODAY," Finesse allegedly yelled at her. She also alleged the rapper's brother also threatened to "up that fire" and pointed to his waistband. The phrase is slang for "pulling out a gun." At the time, Finesse's lawyer denied the claims.
Finesse2tymes had been out on supervised release since July 2022. He was released after he served 3 and a half years of his five year sentence for possessing a gun as a convicted felon. His next court date is May 8.
