Votes Counted In Northeast Ohio

Ohio voters have had their say.

Ballots were cast in primary and special elections around the Buckeye State on Tuesday.

Among local results, the Bay Village City Schools levy proposal has passed, while a levy for Parma City Schools appears headed for defeat.

Statewide, Issue 2 -- a proposed renewal of Ohio's Capital Improvement Program -- has passed.
