The Clipse and Pharrell Williams have joined forces once again for a fresh collaboration that may appear on the Virginia duo's first album together in years.
On Wednesday, May 7, Pusha T posted a video that revealed the details of his outfit for the 2025 Met Gala. The video features a snippet of an unreleased song by Push and No Malice called "So Far Ahead" produced by Skateboard P. The preview lasts less than a minute, but it gives fans a solid understanding of the type of heat they can expect from the Clipse's forthcoming album Let God Sort 'Em Out.
Pusha T and No Malice have been fueling the hype for their first album together as the Clipse in over a decade since last year. The duo announced the plans for their new LP after debuting their single "Birds Don't Sing" with John Legend at Pharrell's Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer Fashion Show last June. Push and Malice worked on the album for several months until the "Diet Coke" rapper finally confirmed they finished it during Art Basel in Miami back in December.
"I think the album shows the supreme maturation of a rap duo," Pusha T told Vulture about the upcoming LP. "I think this is where you get the difference between taste and filler. This music is curated. This is a high taste-level piece of work. You can only have that level of taste when you have the fundamentals down to a science. I think it’s been definitely missing. Then there’s the competitive aspect."
Look out for Clipse's new album coming soon.
