Child Survives 15-Story Fall

A toddler is recovering after a fall from a high-rise apartment in Montgomery County, Maryland. Police say the two-year-old fell 15 stories from a balcony in Silver Spring Thursday afternoon. The child landed in a landscaped area with mulch and bushes, escaping with a broken arm and minor injuries. Authorities are now investigating how the fall happened.
