Chances are that you've been sound asleep when the fire alarm (it could be a test or it could be the real thing) happens at your hotel. What do you do when that happens? Do you believe the alarm and head outside, or do you ignore it (thinking it's a test) and ride it out in your room? What about something like this alarm that happened recently? We can't tell what is more unnerving, the ultra calm voice telling us to shelter in place, or the PURGE siren that follows such dulcet tones.
