Kid Cudi accused Sean "Diddy" Combs of breaking into his home, harming his dog and trying to blow up his car during his stunning testimony.
The rapper, born Scott Mescudi, was called to the witness stand on Thursday, May 22, to testify during Combs' criminal trial in New York City. Cudi wore a black leather jacket, white t-shirt and jeans as he spoke to Assistant United States Attorney Emily Johnson about his relationship with Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura. While he was on the stand, Cudi was asked about a break-in at his home in December 2011.
Mescudi: I got back in & called Sean Combs again. I was looking for him. I wanted to fight him. You know.

Mescudi: That I didn't want to talk with him, he broke into my house, hurt my dog
AUSA: Did you and Ms. Ventura break up?
Mescudi: Yes.
AUSA: What about your car?
Mescudi: My dog's babysitter called me and told me my car was on fire
"I got back in & called Sean Combs again. I was looking for him. I wanted to fight him," Cudi said on the stand. After describing how he and Combs exchanged phone calls, Cudi said he told the mogul "That I didn't want to talk with him, he broke into my house, hurt my dog."
Cudi told the jury that Cassie had called him the day his house was invaded. She told him Combs had found out about their relationship and asked him to pick her up. He said she sounded "very stressed and worried" before he took her to The Sunset Marquis in Los Angeles. He also revealed that Combs was parked in a car nearby his home at the time. When he got to his home, he discovered his security cameras had been moved and weren't working. He also found his dog locked up in the bathroom and saw gifts he had in the house were ripped open.
He told the jury that he got a call from his dog sitter who told him his Porsche had erupted into flames. He described the hole that was cut into the top of his car and the Molotov cocktail that was used to set it on fire. When asked about his reaction to the fire, Cudi said, "what the f**k?" He also said he believed the fire was set intentionally. Cudi said he and Cassie broke up after that.
Cudi also testified that he called Combs and set up a meeting at the SoHo House. While they were there, Cudi recalled how Combs stood there "like a Marvel Super Villain" and was very calm during their meeting. After discussing his relationship with Cassie, Cudi asked Combs about his car.
"He said, 'I don't know what you are talking about.' I walked away," Cudi told the jury.
Mescudi: It was weird, Sean Combs being so calm.

Mescudi: That we have fallen in love, things happened
AUSA: What did you say to Mr. Combs?
Mescudi: What about my car. He said, "I don't know what you are talking about." I walked away
Cudi also testified that Cassie told him Combs had abused her. He said Cassie told him about the times he hit and kicked her. He also said the singer was "really shook" on the day Combs found out about their relationship. The Cleveland native also explained how his relationship with Cassie ended. He said the couple parted ways due to "the drama."
"It was getting out of hand," Cudi said. "I wanted to give space."
Cudi is the latest celebrity to take the witness stand during Combs criminal trial. Following Cassie's week-long testimony, singer Dawn Richard also testified about the abuse she and Cassie suffered. Cassie's mother, Regina Ventura, also testified about the $20,000 that Combs demanded from her and her husband after Combs found out about the singer's relationship with Cudi.
