What to Do About What Stresses Us Out

Feeling a little more stressed out these days?
If so, you are not alone. A recent report by Axios news said 60-percent of adults now find it stressful and frustrating to talk about politics with people who have different views.
And the report says the American Psychological Society apparently now has an official way of describing the condition of “political stress.”
They say politics "is increasingly recognized as a significant source of chronic stress, affecting both mental and physical health negatively across a broad swath of the population.”
So how are people suffering from “political stress” trying to reduce it?
The report says close to two thirds of Americans are limiting the amount of political news they consume to “avoid feeling overloaded or fatigued.”
Of course with life always comes some stress at times, and not only political. There is stress is about money, family, health and work.
So we all have some, The key is learning how to deal with stress and manage it so it doesn’t manage us.
