Pusha T is opening up about his thoughts on Ye and Drake following his ongoing issues with both rap stars.

As part of GQ's profile on Clipse that dropped on Monday, June 2, the Virginia native was asked about the scattered taunts his foe Drizzy has made since they concluded their rap battle in 2018. Push said he heard everything Drake said and even saw the video of him flashing off Pharrell's jewelry, but he doesn't care to respond. Even if the Canadian rapper did launch another attack, the 48-year-old MC said he'd only engage "if I felt like it."

“He’s always said he was a fan. So I feel like that's something a fan would do," Push said about P's jewelry that Drake bought at an auction. "It wasn't like [P] was hurting for money and sold his jewelry."

After discussing UMG's issues with Clipse's collaboration with Kendrick Lamar, Push said the drama reminded him of his beef with Drake in 2018. While touching on Drake's lawsuit and his beef with K.Dot, Push said he no longer respects Drizzy enough to rank him.

“I don't rate him no more,” Pusha said about Drake. “The suing thing is bigger than some rap shit. I just don't rate you. Damn, it's like it just kind of cheapens the art of it once we gotta have real questions about suing and litigation. Like, what? For this?”

Pusha also explained how his friendship with the artist formerly known as Kanye West declined over the years before he ultimately cut ties with him in 2022. Following the drama surrounding Ye's Donda recording sessions in Atlanta, Push revealed that he had begun "playing the industry game" in the final years of their friendship.

“It's like, bro, you've been mentioning me, screaming about me…. You got every soul believing that I've done such a great injustice to you. And that's a lie," Push said. "He goes on his rants. The one thing that I can say about him is that he knows that every issue that he's having and crying about online right now, I've told him distinctly about those things, distinctly. So when he gets up there and with his KKK mask and he's screaming behind it like a pro wrestler—he got to scream behind a mask. He don't talk to me like he talks to others.”

“We made some great shit, bro. We did,” he continued. “But…let me tell you something. He's a genius. And his intuition is even more genius level, right? But that's why me and him don't get along, because he sees through my fakeness with him. He knows I don't think he’s a man. He knows it. And that's why we can't build with each other no more. That's why me and him don't click, because he knows what I really, really think of him. He's showed me the weakest sides of him, and he knows how I think of weak people.”

Ironically enough, Ye just told fans how much he missed his friendship with Push a few days before the profile came out. See Ye's post on X about Pusha T below.
