Giving Voice Foundation Bourbon Raffle

The Giving Voice Foundation is excited to announce it has once again obtained and is raffling off one of the rarest and most sought after 5 bottle antique bourbon collections in the country. Bourbon aficionados are fully aware of the high value of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, which includes the highly coveted Eagle Rare 17.

This rare collection is especially in demand this year given that the Buffalo Trace distillery, located in Frankfort, Kentucky, was flooded with its inventory severely impacted this past April[1].

Every autumn, Buffalo Trace, America’s most awarded distillery, releases a limited collection of American whiskeys called the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (BTAC). The collection consists of three bourbons and two ryes, the most highly sought-after American whiskeys.

The five bottles making up the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection in this Giving Voice Foundation raffle are: George T. Stagg Bourbon, Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Sazerac Rye 18-Year-Old Whiskey, William Larue Weller Bourbon and Eagle Rare 17-year-old Bourbon.

The Giving Voice Foundation has obtained this valuable antique bourbon collection thanks to the generosity of a very kind donor who wishes to remain anonymous. True bourbon lovers should strongly consider this as possibly their only and very real chance to win this highly desirable 5 bottle collection, which has an estimated value of more than $10,000.

“We were blown away by the community support of our inaugural Cincy Bourbon Raffle last year,” said Giving Voice Foundation founder and board president, Dr. Christian Gausvik, MD. “When you buy a raffle ticket, you are helping us continue to offer crucial programs and services to Cincinnati’s aging community at no charge. We are hopeful that our bourbon-loving Tri-state will once again buy raffle tickets to show their support of those dealing with memory loss!”

The organization is aiming to raise $50,000 through the raffle to support its free community programs provided to older adults with Alzheimer’s and dementia and their caregivers.

Raffle proceeds will directly support the Giving Voice Foundation’s free, interactive music and movement initiatives for local seniors which include programs like Creative Connections, Music in Motion, Brains in Bloom and Dancing to Remember, a ballroom dancing program. Giving Voice also offers complimentary writing programs and peer support for caregivers.

The Tri-state community has more than 151,000 individuals either living with dementia or caring for a loved one who does. The Giving Voice Foundation exists to help them all receive much-needed support and to achieve their highest quality of life through connection and movement.

The winner will be drawn LIVE from Revival Vintage Bottle Shop in Covington at 2:00 p.m. on June 14, 2025, National Bourbon Day, and contacted immediately by phone. The collection must be picked up in-person locally in Cincinnati.
