The artist formerly known as Kanye West has reportedly changed his name once again.

According to a report Page Six published on Tuesday, June 10, Ye's chief financial officer, Hussain Lalani, filed new business documents in California that list the Chicago rapper's name as "Ye Ye." He previously filed documents under his legal name, "Ye West," after he legally changed it in 2021. The new documents related to the multifaceted artist's businesses, such as Yeezy Apparel, Yeezy Record Label, LLC, and Getting Out Our Dreams Inc., now list his new alias under “manager or member name.” As of this report, West has yet to confirm his new name.

The report about West's new name comes over a week after he announced his plans to ditch his longtime X account. He told his 33 million followers that he plans to make a new account with his legal name, though it's not clear if he'll use "Ye Ye" in the handle.

The VULTURES rapper changed his name for the first time in 2018 when he released his album Ye. He spent several months recording the album at his ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He formally embraced his new name when he filed to legally change it to "Ye West" three years later. It took a judge two months to approve his request. Since then, Ye has constantly demanded that people refer to him by his real name.
