RECIPES:
SHRIMP STUFFED HADDOCK – Season your haddock fillets with Old Bay seasoning and drizzle lemon juice on it. In a bowl mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Cut raw, deveined shrimp into bite sizes pieces and put on your haddock and then top with ritz cracker mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes on 400 and then top with parsley.
BRUSCETTA CHICKEN – IN a bowl mix chopped cherub tomatoes with olive oil, minced fresh garlic, and chopped basil and salt and pepper and set aside. Cook angel hair pasta to al dente and drain and put back in pot. In a skillet, cook boneless skinless chicken breast in olive oil, seasoned with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. And cook until cooked through and thinly slice. Add your tomato mixture and chicken to the angel hair pasta dn top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
