Benny Blanco Gets Candid About His 'Worst Nightmare': 'Honestly...'

Benny Blanco is not a fan of live performances.

The beloved producer opened up about his "worst nightmare" during a recent podcast appearance, revealing he dreads live TV roles after hosts Nic and Loren suggested he tour with Gomez to promote their joint album, I Said I Love You First, released in March.

"That's like my worst nightmare. Doing live shows, like, anytime I had to do SNL or like AMAs, I'm always just like, 'When's it over? When's it over?' I just want to be home on my couch."

One of the podcast hosts proposed he bring a couch on stage to help him perform, to which the star replied, "Honestly, not a bad idea."

Blanco and Gomez got engaged in December 2024 and have since let fans in on a few details surrounding their future. Earlier this month, Blanco teased the possibility of starting a family.

"I love kids; I love being an uncle. I want to be a dad, though, God willing. I'm just dreaming and praying every day."

In addition to children, the pair have also elaborated on their wedding day. In March, Gomez told Drew Barrymore that she wants her Only Murders in the Building co-star, Martin Short, to give a speech during their big day.

That same month, a source told OK! Magazine that the Rare songstress wanted to wed in their backyard.

"Selena envisions it as her and Benny’s forever home. They want to one day tell their kids about their fabulous backyard wedding with their friends and family!" An official wedding date has yet to be revealed as Benny and Selena enjoy precious moments as fiancés.
