50 Cent may be cool with Tyler Perry, but even the billionaire filmmaker isn't safe from the rapper's wrath amid the shocking lawsuit he's facing.

On Wednesday, June 17, the Madea actor was sued for sexual assault and harassment by "The Oval" star Derek Dixon. According to TMZ, Dixon accused Perry of harassing him with sexually charged text messages shortly after they began working together in 2019. He also claimed Perry tried to engage in sexual activity with him while visiting the billionaire's Atlanta home in 2020 and 2021. 50 Cent, who previously called him an inspiration, took to Instagram and reacted to the news.

"Tyler that case bulls**t don’t worry about that, worry about this 🥷🏾 here ! 🤦‍♂️ he gonna have a field day with this s**t," Fif wrote while referring to comedian Katt Williams.

Unlike past similar cases involving Diddy and JAY-Z, 50 Cent believes the lawsuit against Perry won't hold up in court. His support of Perry won't surprise most fans. The "BMF" creator previously praised the Straw director and claimed he "inspired" him last year after he visited Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta.

“I’m leaving no room for error Tyler showed me some s**t today that inspired me,” Fif wrote in his Instagram caption. “I need all my money if you owe me, you better give me mine now!”

In the lawsuit, Dixon said he finally filed a complaint with the Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission in June 2024. He later quit "The Oval" after he refused to deal with the alleged harassment. Dixon is suing Perry and Tyler Perry Studios for workplace sexual harassment, sexual assault, battery, and quid pro quo. He's asking for $260 million in damages. Perry's lawyer, Matthew Boyd, denied Dixon's allegations and called it a "scam."

"This is an individual who got close to Tyler Perry for what now appears to be nothing more than setting up a scam," Boyd said. "But Tyler will not be shaken down and we are confident these fabricated claims of harassment will fail.”
