Man Calls 911 16,000 Times

According to reports, 72 year old Samuel Thomas has called 911 16,000 times in the past five years, with 3,400 of them happening since January of this year. 647 of those calls were just about his neighbors. The most recent one being a call about an Ar-15 being shot in the roadway. When police investigated that call they found no gun play, just a BBQ happening with kids playing outside. The neighbor says that he's called and reported them for drug sales, firearms usage, disorderly conduct, and suspicious activity, and that he often parks in front of their house and yells obscenities at her and her family. Sammy was arrested for stalking and false report of a crime, along with resisting when they tried to cuff him.
