Dr. Taibat Eribo is an OB-GYN who works for Healing Hands Ministries, a maternal health center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Eribo believes the answer to lowering the Black maternal mortality rate in America is multi-faceted. She says a good starting point is training medical students to recognize how health concerns can present differently in various racial and ethnic groups.
