My Weekend: A Physical, A Sunrise, a Big Winner, and a Whiff

That's how my weekend started! Had my annual physical Friday afternoon! Went well, so that's a good thing!

Friday night the Brew Tour continued to Funky Bow Brewing in Lymon Maine, and River Junction in Sanford ME!

Had a great time at both places! Then on Saturday morning- got out early to shoot the sunrise (before we did the giveaway at Foss Motors!) - Got these of sunrise at Long Sands in York Beach

Then it was on to the Mother Trucking Giveaway at Foss Motors (See the video I posted here on my page!)

After that Valerie and I had a lot of running around to do - then settled in for an early night because the plan was to get up at 2:30a and head to Quechee VT for the Balloon Rally.

We got about 14 mi from the place when we saw an incredible display of chain lightning and rain! Holy s***, it LIT UP THE ENTIRE SKY!

That meant- dammit- no balloons were taking off. So - it was a wash up for our plans! But hey - we toured around and had some fun anyway! Show our friends this place-

And stopped for breakfast in West Leb, I think -

And later that morning, we opened the bar back at Northwoods Brewery - hahah =

I will say though- over the weekend I was thrilled to see that a guy from NH is on my favorite show- ALONE! It's on History Channel - and "Dug" is his name -

SO PSYCHED TO HAVE A NH/ NEW ENGLAND PERSON ON THE SHOW TO ROOT FOR! GO GET EM DUG! I'm pullin for ya!
