The jury is actively deliberating whether or not Sean "Diddy" Combs is guilty of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. While they work on making a decision, you can see the form jurors need to fill out once they reach a verdict.
Judge Arun Subramanian recently released the verdict sheet, which lists all the charges the mogul is facing. It begins with the first count of racketeering conspiracy. According to Judge Subramanian's instructions, jurors must agree that at least one member of the Combs Enterprise committed two predicate acts within 10 years of each other in order to find the artist guilty of the charge.

Jurors need to indicate whether each charge was "Proved" or "Not Proved" during the trial. Eight charges qualify for the RICO charge, including arson, bribery, drug distribution, forced labor, kidnapping, sex trafficking, transportation for purposes of prostitution, and witness tampering. If they decide Combs is guilty of racketeering, the jury will also be asked if they believe the "pattern of racketeering activity include sex trafficking of" Casandra "Cassie" Ventura and Combs' ex-girlfriend, "Jane."
The jury will also have to decide if Combs is guilty of the other four counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and sex trafficking involving Cassie and "Jane." During closing arguments, the government told the jury that the sex trafficking charges can be determined if there's even one instance in which Combs allegedly forced, coerced, or tricked the aforementioned victims into a freak-off session. Prosecutors also told the jury that the transportation to engage in prostitution charge "couldn't be clearer."
The deliberations officially began yesterday following the 7-week trial. It's possible that they could reach a verdict before July 4.
