Sean "Diddy" Combs will learn his fate this fall after he was convicted on federal prostitution charges.

According to a report TMZ published on Tuesday, July 8, Judge Arun Subramanian has officially set the disgraced mogul's sentencing hearing for October 3. Judge Subramanian had originally intended to sentence Combs on this date; however, attorneys for the Bad Boy Records founder filed for an expedited sentencing. They originally proposed to have the sentencing hearing on September 22, but later moved to keep the original date. Combs will remain in jail until he's sentenced after he was denied bail.

Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution after he flew male escorts in to participate in his freak offs with his former girlfriends Casandra "Cassie" Ventura and "Jane." Both women testified about their sexcapades and the abuse they endured during Combs' trial last month. The veteran music executive faces a maximum of 20 years in prison, which is 10 years per count. Fortunately for Combs, it's more than likely that he won't get the maximum sentence.

Judge Subramanian will have several factors to consider before he sentences the mogul. By October 3, Combs will have been in jail for over a year. His time served behind bars will go toward his sentence. Federal prosecutors previously stated the sentencing guidelines should start at four years and three months, while Combs' attorneys said it should start at 21 months.

We'll see what the judge decides on October 3.
