Class Action Lawsuit Filed Over Browns Stadium

Another chapter in the Browns' stadium saga is being written.

A class action lawsuit was filed in county court this week against the proposed domed arena in Brook Park.

The suit alleges that state and federal laws are being violated because unclaimed funds were earmarked to help fund the new venue.
