Ye has been hit with more allegations, including sexual assault and sex trafficking, from his former assistant.
According to a report TMZ published on Thursday, July 10, Lauren Pisciotta filed a second amendment to her original lawsuit and listed a trove of explicit accusations. Pisciotta previously claimed the VULTURES rapper fired her after he allegedly sent her appalling text messages and sexually harassed her. She also alleged that Ye drugged her during a studio session with Sean "Diddy" Combs. Now she's accused him of sexual assault, battery, stalking, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, and more.
In her updated legal complaint, Pisciotta recalled an incident in which Ye allegedly made unwanted advances toward her. She claimed it happened at a hotel they stayed at while they broke ground on Ye's Donda Academy in San Francisco. She said that she tried to keep Ye at arm's length, but the artist allegedly kissed her on the mouth and asked questions about her genitals. During another instance at the same hotel, Pisciotta claimed she was with Ye during a writing session in his hotel suite when he masturbated and touched her vagina before he fell asleep midway through.
Pisciotta explained another incident that happened in her hotel room. She alleged Ye forced his way into her room and shoved her onto the bed. He allegedly pinned her to the bed and forced his penis into her mouth. Pisciotta claimed she pleaded for him to stop until she "froze in shock and fear." Ye eventually stopped, apologized and left her room.
Ye's former assistant even claimed the father of four has "notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men." She alleged Ye offered her as a gift to someone to have sex with that person's partner. Ye has yet to respond to Pisciotta's latest allegations. However, he previously dismissed her claims in a series of posts on X earlier this year.
