Legislator Wants Repeal Of Happy Hour Ban

There are growing calls for repeal of a ban on happy hours in Massachusetts. It was enacted in 1984 to reduce drunk driving incidents. State Senator Julian Cyr says he wants communities to be able opt-in to happy hours if they so choose. He believes lifting the ban would help businesses and night life in the state.
