Katy Perry made a comment at her Lifetimes Tour stop in Los Angeles on Tuesday (July 15) that fans believe hinted at her recent breakup with Orlando Bloom.

According to People, the crowd at the Kia Forum requested the "California Gurls" hitmaker play "Not Like The Movies," and she questioned why, at this time in her life, they would choose for her to perform THAT track.

"You’re gonna make me sing this song in this time in my life?. OK, we’ll do it! Because you voted for it."

Perry was surprised the audience wanted her to sing the 2010 hit and candidly unveiled that she had another song in mind.

"I let you choose the song tonight because I like to pick an album for every country that I go to, and for the U.S.A., I picked Teenage Dream because U.S.A., you could be a teenage dream baby. You better get it together. I’ll always have that feeling for you."

The "Dark Horse" star ended up singing "Not Like The Movies," assuring she would "try and hold my composure while I sing it a week before my period."

Perry and the Pirates of the Caribbean actor recently called off their engagement after almost a decade together. While the former pair could not make things work romantically, they plan to remain in each other's lives as co-parents for their 4-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove, moving forward.
