Four-Hundred Guinea Pigs Rescued From Evicted Hoarder's Home

More than 400 guinea pigs are safe after being rescued from a Los Angeles-area home. The small non-profit group, Southern California Guinea Pig Rescue, says it got a call to rescue about 200 guinea pigs from the home of a hoarder being evicted in South Los Angeles. But when rescuers arrived, they found more than 400 of the rodents - many of them diseased. The group posted on social media it was able to save only about 33 of them, all pregnant females.
