Investigation Integrity

July 24, 2025

It’s not a good time to be Columbia University. The so-called institution of higher learning has had to admit multiple failures and is paying a price. The school has been forced to discipline students who protested and brought havoc to the campus. Columbia is also paying big for human rights violations.

I am gaining more respect daily for Tulsi Gabbard. Not that I didn’t respect her already, but she’s opened a can of worms that generated a political firestorm. It’s no small thing to accuse a former president of treason. I’m convinced that at Gabbards heart we find integrity. How refreshing is that? It should be our expectation of all government officials whether they are elected or appointed. She’s also recognized something. The intelligence community has to look at itself and honestly evaluate its past if it's to be credible in the future. That’s a standard that should be followed.

In today’s 8am hour we’ll talk with State Attorney Will Scheiner. We’ve seen a positive change in the office under Will’s leadership. We’ve also had some interesting developments since Will was last with us. Leading that list is the Mitch Needelman case. After being declared unfit to stand retrial after his initial corruption conviction was thrown out, Needelman is now mentally capable and Will is taking the case back to court. We’ll discuss that and more with our State Attorney this morning.
