Man Caught In Park Bathroom With Meth And Exposed Genitals

A Nebraska man is in jail for being weird in a park bathroom. According to reports, police were called to the Eagle Scout park to do a welfare check. When they got there at 10 a.m. they found Edward Sinner sitting on the bathroom floor with his genitals exposed. Next to him were items "used for sexual gratification". After searching the man they found a bag of meth on his person as well. They found out that he had been trespassed from al city parks before and took him in for second degree trespassing, public indecency, and possession of a controlled substance.
