Fivio Foreign is finally free after he was sentenced in his terroristic threats case.

The New York artist was released from jail on Friday, August 1, after a judge sentenced him to time served for the 196 days he spent behind bars, and three years of probation. Fivio was taken into custody earlier this year after he allegedly pulled out a gun on a woman in New Jersey on New Year's Day. The woman told police the rapper aimed a gun at her and said, "If I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a f**king problem."

Fivio eventually pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats. The "Big Drip" rapper's attorney, Adam Lustberg, told TMZ that his client could've faced a longer sentence in prison due to his record. He would've been required to serve a minimum of five years and faced a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison. Lustberg believes six months in custody and a sentence of three years of probation was the best outcome for Fivio.

It's been a minute since Fivio Foreign dropped music. His most recent song, "PlaqueBoyMax" arrived in January, which is around the time his legal issues began. While fans may have to wait a bit before they hear new music from him, Fivio has already made his grand return to social media to debut a huge new chain. Check it out below.
