Kyren Williams' Future With Rams Determined

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams has agreed to a three-year, $33 million extension, which includes $23 million guaranteed, his agents, Drew and Jason Rosenhaus, confirmed to ESPN's Adam Schefter on Tuesday (August 5).
Williams is coming off a season in which he recorded a career-best 1,299 yards and 14 touchdowns on 316 rushing attempts in 2024.

He rushed for a career-high 1,299 yards and 14 TDs on 316 carries, while also adding 34 catches for 182 yards and two more scores in Sean McVay’s offense."

WIlliams' new deal makes him the seventh-highest paid running back in the NFL behind Saquon Barkley of the Philadelphia Eagles ($20.6 million), Christian McCaffrey of the San Francisco 49ers ($19 million), Derrick Henry of the Baltimore Ravens ($15 million), Jonathan Taylor of the Indianapolis Colts ($14 million), Alvin Kamara of the New Orleans Saints ($12.25 million) and Josh Jacobs of the Green Bay Packers ($12 million).
Williams was selected by the Rams at No. 164 overall in the fifth-round of the 2022 NFL Draft. The former Notre Dame standout was a Second-team All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection during his second season, having recorded more than 1,000 rushing yards during each of the past two seasons.
