Cleveland Ranks Among Nation's Most Pet-Friendly Cities In 2025

Cleveland has been named among the most pet-friendly cities in America.

A newly-released survey from consumer advice website WalletHub considered statistics in 23 key metrics from the 100 largest U.S. cities.

These included things like average veterinary costs, the number of dog-friendly trails per capita, the strength of animal protection laws, and the availability of doggie daycare and boarding establishments.

Cleveland placed 2nd among Ohio cities on the list behind Cincinnati, and 30th overall with Scottsdale, Arizona at number one.
