Heidi Klum Hints At ’Extra Ugly’ Costume For Halloween Party: ‘Super Scary’

Halloween is just around the corner, and Heidi Klum is already preparing her show-stopping look.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show on Wednesday (August 6), the model-turned-Queen of Halloween, thanks to her elaborate costumes and annual party, told host Jimmy Fallon that even though the spooky holiday is "exactly 86 days" away, she has been "hard at work" creating her costume and even started planning both the look and the party "months ago," per People.

While Klum didn't give anything away about her sure to be impressive costume, including whether or not she and husband Tom Kaulitz will do a couple's costume for her Halloween bash, she did tease that it will be "super scary" and "extra ugly."

The Project Runway host also looked back at some of her past Halloween looks, such as the "very boring" Heidi-themed outfit she donned in 2000 that she came up with herself. However, as she has gotten help over time, her costumes have become even more jaw-dropping.

"I didn't know anyone at the time who [did], like, special-effects makeup," she said. "Over the years, I met amazing people, and they help me now because they put, like, prosthetics on me."

One such look is the E.T.-inspired costume she wore in 2024, which she "loved" but admitted had some practical difficulties.

"It was so heavy, holding that head on my head," she said, adding, "I though my neck was gonna snap off."

Some more of her past Halloween costumes include Jessica Rabbit, Fiona from Shrek, a peacock and a large worm.
