Unexpected Monday Off and a Weekend of pictures!

Friday, Dylan had his last week of Camp Carpenter Cubscout Camp and the closing ceremony was Friday afternoon. Then it was off to football practice from 6-8pm so I worked on painting the stone in our living room. I had never white washed before so I didn't know what to expect, but I really like how it turned out. It brightens up the entire room. Next I am thinking of sanding and painting the coffee and end tables. This has been the year of upgrading my living room. It was really outdated before . . . but we did new carpets (for you no carpet people, I really love the cozy feel of carpet in at least one room!), thanks to Cardoza Flooring for helping us pick the best carpet! It's so soft! We bought new furniture at Regency in Manchester. Now it's just little touch ups to bring it all together.

Saturday I was out in Salem at Rockingham Plaza with Essential Food Direct selling some meat! Thank you to everyone that came out. Then I was home to mow the lawn, cart Parker to work and back and just relax.

Sunday, was the Manchester Bears football equipment day! Dylan was pumped to get all the gear to start hitting with pads during practice! Then we took a trip up to Old Orchard Beach because why not when you have an unexpected Monday off! While we were there, did some back to school shopping at Reny's, ate some Pier Fries, went boogie boarding and hung at the beach.
