Ex-Cop Who Groped OnlyFans Model In Video Enters New Plea

A former Metro Nashville Police Department officer who was arrested after groping an OnlyFans model's breast on a promotional video while on duty entered a new plea to avoid jail time, the New York Post reports.

Sean Herman, 35, pleaded no contest to two counts of felony official misconduct in Nashville's criminal court on Thursday (August 14) in relation to an incident that took place in 2024, having been sentenced to a year of supervised probation, as well as being granted judicial diversion, meaning the case may be dismissed and charges cleared from his record if he successfully completes his probation as ordered.

The former police officer was fired after detectives with the Metro Nashville Police Department's Specialized Investigations Division identified him as the man wearing a full uniform in a mock traffic stop video with an OnlyFans model named Jordin. The skit showed Jordin being "pulled over," exposing her breast and offering the officer to grab it in order to avoid being ticketed, at which point she grabbed the man's crotch area as the groping continued.

The officer's face wasn't shown, however, his police patch on his arm was briefly visible while grabbing the woman's breast, confirming that he was an actual Metro Nashville Police Department officer. The investigation determined that the incident took place in a warehouse parking lot on April 26 while Herman was on duty as a parol officer.

Herman was arrested in June 2024 and later released on a $3,000 bond. The former officer had served the department for three years prior to his dismissal.

“That was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts that a person here could do and, by disrespectful, I mean to all the MNPD employees and this agency,” the department said at the time.

Jordin told Law & Crime that the video was solely shot for promotional use on her X account to increase "clicks," rather than being a full X-rated video. She claimed that she didn't know Herman prior to the video, as he had responded to a post on a Reddit page about potentially filming a full video in the future.
