WATCH: Madonna Celebrates 67th Birthday With Giant Labubu Cake

Madonna went all out while celebrating her 67th birthday.
On Monday (August 18), the Queen of Pop shared a reel on Instagram documenting her birthday celebrations during a recent Italian getaway with boyfriend Akeem Morris, 28, and daughters Mercy, 19, and Lourdes, 28, per People. The video, which was full of dancing, revelry and fireworks, also featured a giant pink Labubu cake fit for the occasion with the message, "Happy Birthday Madudu."
The trip to Italy also allowed Madonna to achieve one of her dreams of watching the Palio horse race in Siena, Italy, which also occurs on the "Vogue" singer's birthday, August 16. In the video, Madonna could be seen watching the race from a balcony high above the crowd on the plaza below. She reflected on the experience in her lengthy caption.
"My Dream for many years has been to watch the Palio horse race in Sienna that takes place on my birthday, August 16, since 1482!!" she wrote. "There are no words to describe The excitement, the suspense and the Pageantry!! A truly sacred ritual to witness thousands of people hushed to a silence before the race begins! The race itself is impossible to describe. Grazie Mille! 🇮🇹🐎🐎🐎. Dreams do come true! Happy Birthday to me!!! ❤️ Ciao Italia!"
The "Like A Virgin" hitmaker's Italian vacation comes months after she celebrated her own father's 94th birthday. In June, she shared snapshots from the celebrations alongside a sweet tribute to her dad.
