Video: Motorist Encounters Ghost in Hong Kong?

A creepy dashcam video from Hong Kong shows the moment when a motorist came upon a ghostly figure wandering down the middle of the road. According to a local media report, the chilling footage was shared online last week by the witness who explained that the encounter occurred earlier this month in the island's North Point district. As she cruised down the road, she turned a corner and was stunned to see what appeared to be a woman dressed in white with long black hair covering her face.
