Neil Liu of Strickland Ice Cream

People keep saying "summer is over" but we still have a little less than a month. Strickland is open all year around. Neil Liu has a success story of quitting his tech day job to follow his dreams and open ice cream shop. Strickland's Ice Cream in Costa Mesa over by Triangle Square, and they use really cool machines based on 1930's tech they invented back in Ohio. Take a listen!
