Comedian Chelcie Lynn, also known as Trailer Trash Tammy, joined brothers Dan and Reid Isbell on “the most NSFW/wild episode” of God’s Country to date.

The brothers and hosting duo “over everything from Fried Chicken to Mini KISS being banned from her cruise to how she never expected for things to take off the way they have,” Dan and Reid Isbell said as they shared a clip from the episode on Instagram earlier this week (Lynn, who lives in Nashville, proved she’s “a great singer,” the brothers exclaimed). “This week is the most hysterical episode of God's Country Podcast yet. Reid and Dan host comedian and Nashville resident, Chelcie Lynn aka Trailer Trash Tammy. This is an episode that covers an array of topics and is not safe for young listeners to say the least. Reid develops an alter ego that couldn't be more fitting, Tammy tells Dan what 90s sitcom actor he looks like, and she shares her gravorite that you won't believe. Chelcie discuss life on the road, how Tammy came to fruition, and some trailer park stories that inspire the character. The episode ends with a somber story regarding mini kiss and Tammy demanding justice for them.”

Dan and Reid — who have written music for Luke CombsMiranda LambertScotty McCreeryJon PardiLainey Wilson and others — started their weekly podcast in early January 2024. Some of the first guests to appear on the show include HARDYDustin LynchColbie Caillat and others.

“One of our favorite things about country music has always been how intertwined it is with the outdoors,” Dan and Reid Isbell said in a statement when God’s Country launched. They hope to “bring the outdoor enthusiast or country music lover an up close and personal look into the minds of some of the best songwriters and artists of the genre — a place where they can be honest about struggles, relationships, their connection to the outdoors, the music business, family, whatever they feel comfortable talking about. We can’t wait to see where this partnership will lead and who this podcast will reach.”
