Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is reportedly being accused of committing domestic violence by his estranged wife, according to documents obtained by TMZ Sports.
Keeta Vaccaro reported eight separate incidents allegedly committed by Hill, 31, in filings related to their divorce case, which the wide receiver's attorney denied in a statement, claiming the allegations were part of a "shakedown" and "an attempt to generate bad media coverage." Vaccaro claims the first incident took place in January 2024, about two months after marrying Hill.
Hill isn't currently facing criminal charges and it's unclear whether the claims are being investigated by law enforcement. Vaccaro filed a petition for divorce on April 8, one day police responded to a reported domestic dispute at their Sunny Isles Beach high-rise condominium.
Hill, who was acquired by the Dolphins in a trade with the Kansas City Chiefs prior to the 2022 NFL season, is in the second year of a restructured three-year, $90 million deal. The six-time All-Pro has faced several off-field incidents during his NFL career, which includes a 2014 domestic assault conviction during his college career, child abuse allegations after an incident in which his 3-year-old son sustained a broken arm in 2019, an incident in which he allegedly assaulted a man in 2023, multiple paternity lawsuits, accusations by model and influencer Sophie Hall that he broke her leg during a football drill and a traffic stop in which he was brutally detained by police hours before the Dolphins' first game of the 2024 NFL season.
